Registration

The registration process is now open. You can register and pay before April 30th, 2025, by following this link:

Fees (including taxes):

• Academics: 154€
• Students: 99€
• Members of the Scientific Committee: 0€
• Social dinner: 66€

Registration fees include the following:

• Welcoming coffee and on Wednesday 25th, 2025
• 2 coffee breaks per day
• 1 free lunch per day
• Goodies (notebook, pen, printed program)

The social dinner on Thursday night is not included and has to be paid separately during the registration process, for all categories.

Students and early-career researchers without support from an institution may write to us at icagl2025@sciencesconf.org before March 31st so that we can help with their situation, if possible.
