Registration

The registration process is now closed.

Fees (including taxes):

• Academics: 154€
• Students: 99€
• Members of the Scientific Committee: 0€
• Social dinner: 66€

Registration fees include the following:

• Welcoming coffee and on Wednesday 25th, 2025
• 2 coffee breaks per day
• 1 free lunch per day
• Goodies (notebook, pen, printed program)

The social dinner on Thursday night is not included and has to be paid separately during the registration process, for all categories.

All lunches will be vegetarian. People who need to share specific food restrictions and allergies must do it by filling this form before Sunday, June 7th. After that date, we will not be able to meet those needs.
